Records and Declassification
Oversees the implementation, operation and sustainment of the OSW Records & Information Management Program, OSW Declassification Programs, the OSW/JS Freedom of Information Program, the Prepublication and Security Review Program, and the OSW Historical Research Program in support of the Secretary of War, Deputy Secretary of War, and OSW Components. RDD also serves as the Privacy Program Office for the WHS Directorates.

Pentagon Services
Accomplishes the shared mission in supporting the DoW by providing a wide range of program initiatives, business services, and quality of work-life programs to enable WHS-supported customers at the Pentagon, Mark Center, Suffolk Building and other facilities across the National Captial Region (NCR).

Immediate Office
Provides superior customer services in a variety of administrative areas including human resources, contracting, performance management, information technology, CATMS, time & attendance, training, travel, parking, and government purchase card. WHS-service components include the White House Military Office, The National Security Council, White House Photo Office, the Defense Digital Services, and others. Similar services are also provided to various Boards, Commission, and Task Forces.
